Toni was born in Memphis, Tennessee in 1954. She obtained her nursing degree from Florida State University and has her Advanced Practice degree from the University of South Florida, which she obtained in 1998.
Her impressive resume includes 10 years in Facial Plastics and 3 years in general plastic surgery. Toni has extensive experience in facial anatomy and the inner workings of facial muscles and their relationship to function and expression. Her mission and passion include educating patients on skin health and recognizing the differences in skin color, type, and texture, and how those differences make each of us unique. That uniqueness is what fascinates her and drives her toward achieving the best, yet most natural aesthetic result and capturing “the real you” by polishing and refining the things that patients find as areas of concern.
Toni’s work is not about change, it’s about refining features. She takes great pride in doing small things that will improve a patient’s appearance without drastically changing them and improving their self-esteem in the process. Her strong mission to have patients look like their best natural selves and practicing aesthetics without altering the function of the face has earned her patients’ trust throughout Tampa Bay.
Jennifer Cash, MS, APRN
Jennifer combines a strong academic background in radiation oncology with superior skills that regenerate and restore damaged skin. Jennifer creates superior results with the application of ‘combination therapy’ with lasers, skincare and injections. She performs ablative and non-ablative procedures for optimum skin resurfacing and is passionate about ‘total’ care of the skin.
She is a master injector of Botox®, Dysport®, filler injections, sclerotherapy and Ultherapy®. She has a thorough knowledge of facial anatomy and laser safety principles and, as a Tampa native, understands the effects of long-term sun exposure and what is necessary to rejuvenate sun-damaged skin.
Jennifer is valued by her patients because she has a personable, caring demeanor and creates superior results. She is passionate about total care of the skin and aesthetics and is an advocate of ‘combination therapy’ with lasers, skincare and injectables for optimal results.

Rose Klimley
Rose has worked in the medical industry for over 20 years in a variety of support positions within surgical and cosmetic practices. Her experience in the healthcare environment attributes to her ability to successfully deal with the demands of a busy and diverse patient base. In addition to her extensive experience, Rose possesses strong communication skills, a calm and pleasant demeanor, as well as a distinctive ability for warmth and compassion. She is passionate about her work and nothing brings her more joy than to hear how pleased patients are with their results and experience.
